Our guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.
We use a 100% colour calibrated workflow however due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print. If exact colour matching is a priority, then please contact PrintPartner and we will be happy to work with you to produce small sample prints of your file. The cost for this service is $80.00/hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour charge.
Your order may be cancelled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If you must cancel your order please contact ASAP by email or phone at 647-725-3433.
We ship within Canada & the continental United States, shipments overseas and to AK, HI, YK, NT, NWT will be quoted on a case by case basis. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves our facility).

Our policy is that all sales are final. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If for some reason, your prints are damaged, please keep all packaging and contact PrintPartner email with your order number for further instructions.
